Emirates are very patriotic and you will see their national flag everywhere. beside the road as you enter the "village" of Al Heyer I discovered this "flag" made of painted stones, which was raised up to be effective. The colours of the flag:
Red: Security
Green: Prosperity
White: Peace
Black: Oil
Behind the flag is the municipal buildings, and in the foreground a wire camel that creeper is beginning to grow over.
