Its raining!!!! A slight drizzle, but rain none the less. It is winter after all. This is the second time in the last 5 months since I have been back from summer break, that it has rained. Ciara our KG specialist had this most delightful umbrella and was more than happy to dance around with her umbrella splashing in the puddles. Note the puddle. AND..... the Emirati teachers around were delighted to see such frivolity. They quickly bought out their cell phones and were snapping pics of Ciara and her umbrella. Oh to be famous and photogenic :-)

I guess they don't have stormwater drains as they would hardly ever need such things. With the temperatures the evaporation rate would be pretty quick.
