This afternoon Tue, my TA, gave me 2 small packets, each about the size of a match box. These are green bean cakes. Inside each box were 6 very small squares of "cake". Although not as sweet as fudge, the texture and colour remind me very much of a fudge. Each of the segments disintegrates in your mouth and does taste rather nice. Green bean cake is eaten at the end of tea time, complimented with a cup of tea or coffee. Very nice.

Looks delicious. I've eaten mung bean paste cakes and they were scrumptious.
Here! What about the greens!
