Students are students the world over I think. I was amused at assembly during the week by this wee sweetheart. Girls school assembly is very loud. The PE teachers run the affair using a hand held microphone and therefore lots of rather loud noise, either through the microphone or with the band. The wee chap is in our Kindy class, so is aged between 3 - 5. The noise was just too much for him, so he spent the entire assembly with his fingers in his ears. Note that the chn stand the entire time, about 15 -20 mins, lined up one behind the other.
The girls band is made up of drums etc but the front row are the wee kindy chn with tamboreens etc. Girls in the front boys behind. Girls with beautiful pink hats, boys red caps. Don't you just love the uniforms.

Love the uniforms, particularly the blue boys. Strangely reminiscent of pyjamas. The schools must look quite colourful.
