As the time ticks down to the Christmas Concert at the beginning of December, we in ICT, are once again furiously completing our Christmas movies to play as a backdrop to the concert. Each movie is themed by a Christmas carol or a Christmas song, Today in ICT we learnt how to lay down the music track., and begin manipulating the time sequence so that the pictures we have created change with the change of lyrics in the music. Its not always easy. Sometimes you have to listen many times to the music and try to get the picture timing to sync until your head is just buzzing with the song. With so many songs going on in the room we use head sets. Justin and Francis spent ages sharing a headset and listening, watching and manipulating the pictures. Great work guys.I'v been worried that we wouldn't finish on time, and only getting to see each class once a week its going to come down to the wire. I'm managed to negotiat with the class teachers if I can pick these classes up for some extra ICT time in my non contacts. The class teachers love me!! Today I felt more comforatable that after 1.5 hrs next week we WILL have some movies to play. And of course there will be the usual kids with all the excuses in the world...............despite all the help in the world.................
