For the last 3 evenings we have experienced an electrical storm and rain. Delicious cooling rain, large drops of rain. The depth of the rain has depended where you have been in the city, with some areas getting a good dolloping while others receive a few drops. The atmosphere reminds me of a tropical storm, with the clouds brewing up late afternoon and then just on dusk we get the warm rain for about 10 minutes.
Temperatures have been rising steadily, to the point where I am running the AC late evening and into the night. However the rain has cooled things slightly, and evenings are really quite pleasant. Of course we overlook the inconvenience of dodging a few spots. just to enjoy and savour the times

Yes. Brilliant photo! Its even better when you double click on the pic to enlarge it. Envious. Maybe this time the wadis will get a turn at flooding. And if it rains with serious intent your new road will be a pleasure to drive on.
