Goodbye

On Tuesday the girls school team went out for a lunch, co-incidently the same time as the boys school team. And as I can't be in 2 places at once....... Actually the packers were at my place and the boys went for breakfast. Breakfast in UAE is the name given to the break around 9-10:30 am. Literally a break fast. At the completion of any fasting the Arabs always begin slowly with milk and dates. So the Arabs rise, have milk and dates and then go to work. At breakfast time they take food, flat bread, hummos, taboli sandwiches, not as we know them, palatas etc.
There are 13 on our team, although here Suhar our Syrian translator, Barb our boss and of course Janelle our photographer, both Australian were missing.
We have had some awesome times and hundreds of laughs. Al Refa'h Girls School rocks, and I've loved almost every minute of it. Great team, great times from quite a cosmopolitian lot really
