Great pictures! They bring back memories of our visits to Bangkok when our family lived there. We also found it very easy to move around on the trains. Did you notice that the Thai people on the trains always stood and offered their seat to a child or to a mother with a toddler? The Thais seemed to be very happy, placid and polite.
Great photos. Even greater when I mouse click them and see them full size. Pics would be welcome in a travel guide.
We enjoyed Bangkok when we were there in 2009. That reclining Buddha was a favourite of mine.
