Each year at TX Campus we have a Christmas musical extravaganza in December. As a way of showcasing ICT I get Year 5 to make Christmas movies to show and entertain the parents while they wait for the concert to begin. Each movie is themed around a favourite Christmas song. The students draw all of the pictures in Kid Pix, export these as images and then import into PhotoStory as they build their movie. Timing the images to match the lyrics and tempo of the music requires specific skill and specialised images to support the lyrics. However Year 5 are up for the challenge and already we have some good movies to share. In the meantime turn up your computer sound, sing along with Jamie and Bao's movie, and enjoy "dancing in the new, old fashioned way". Thanks for sharing Jamie and Bao.
