Year 5 students worked in pairs and created a Christmas movie based around a popular Christmas carol. The completed movies were shown at the Tinsel and Talent Christmas Concert on Wednesday night. Between the 2 classes the students created 17 movies which played for 38 minutes before the concert began.
To complete this learning each pair had to:
listen to the lyrics in the song
list the pictures they had to draw and then draw the pictures
Export the pictures as jpgs
Import the images into PhotoStory
Import their Christmas music.
While all of the above took some time the hardest challenge was to perfectly time the change of the image on the screen with the lyrics in the song. I am impressed with the quality of the work in the time frame we had to put these movies together. Fabulous work year 5.

Wow Jocelyn. Have just watched all of the Xmas videos and they are really fantastic! Clever kids, great teaching. I love it.
