Animations: The Waimea Lead Kids Day

A group of 32 Year 2/3 students and 4 teachers from across the Waimea Cluster got together and had a day making animations, based around the topic Making Friends. Each group of children had one older student working with with them, to help and support. For the older child this was a follow on opportunity from their animation day, and a time to reconfirm all the learning they had achieved during their day. Who said 6 and 7 year olds are too young to create and use ICT....... Move over Peter Jackson
