I managed it. After much difficulty I eventaully found software Teachertube.com. Its free and easy to use, a 2 step method. Teachertube gives me the embedded code to put in my post. I know this clip is short, my upload speed on my broadband is slow today, so I have had to edit the video down to 6Mg. But all good learning.
